BREAK TO BREATH - ONLINE WORKSHOP

Could your breathing contribute to ill-health?

REGISTER HERE

A German physician, Dr Buteyko, undertook a practical assignment during his medical training in the late 1940’s involving the monitoring of breathing volume of patients. He documented a stark relationship: the sicker patients became, the heavier they breathed.

Many humans sleep, walk, rest and work with their mouth open; their nose appears nothing more than ornamental. So, what purpose does the nose then have? In essence, our nose is the key to functional breathing.

In this webinar, you will learn:

•       What dysfunctional breathing looks like compared to functional breathing
•       What effect dysfunctional breathing compared to functional breathing is having on health
•       Why we over breathe
•       How to determine if you’re a mouth breather
•       The factors that may be contributing to you being a chronic mouth breather
•       How to commence functional breathing
•       Tips for healthy respiratory tract and reducing the occurrence of cold/flu, nasal congestion, coughing, wheezing, sinusitis

Join Kathryn at this lunchtime workshop to learn and experience the benefits of functional breathing.
