CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sagely Clinic, your appointments and wellbeing are very important to us. We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Sometimes the unexpected can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum 24 hours notice before the start of your appointment.
Sagely Clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy:
Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to you.
Any cancellation, no-show or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the service fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
Sagely Clinic requires full payment for your appointment in order to secure this space and time for you. In the event of a cancellation, no-show or late arrival greater than 15 minutes (where we are unable to accommodate you that same day), you will be issued a 50% refund for the service you paid.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all of your appointment fee will be refunded or applied to future services.
How to Cancel Your Appointment:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text 0431 72 22 78 with as much notice as possible. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
